I was setting up Amelia events booking for a clients and I used PayPal payment option. It was connected properly but customers can't pay.The PayPal is not working and after they click on book now that their payment suppose to be processed, it bring an error response that their payment "Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later".
This is really affecting my client's business. How can I resolve this very fast.
Can you please tell me did you disable Sandbox mode?
If you leave it in the Sandbox mode, live transactions will not work.
Or if you are set to Live Mode,
please check your Live Client ID and Live Secret on your PayPal account?
Let us know if that solves the issue.
If you already checked all of this, and still can't isolate the issue,
with your permission, we can try our own PayPal Test on your site,
and then we will revert everything as it was?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
