Hi! I've read in other tickets that the authentication process in Amelia is independent of WordPress. In my case, I'm already using Ultimate Member, and only logged-in users have access to the reservation calendar. For this reason, I don't want them to have to log in again to see their customer panel. My question is, if users can fill out the form with their email address and receive an email with a link that has an access token, how can I create this link since I already have their email?
Best
Hello Fabian,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Once the customer books an appointment, with the email address and the rest of the information, he gets an email with the link, that's correct. By default, there is no option to create an access link with Amelia, even though you already have the email, but since we don't have integration with the Ultimate Member plugin, we are not able to guarantee how/will it work or how to configure the creating of the link.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for your response.
I believe there's a misunderstanding. When a user makes an appointment, they receive a confirmation email, and there's no issue with that. I am referring to a front-end customer panel page that we've created using the shortcode [ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1].
Every time a user visits the customer panel page, they encounter a login form. Since this page is only accessible to logged-in users, we would like to skip this step. An integration with the Ultimate Member plugin is not necessary. It's simply about informing the Amelia plugin about the visitor to this page by sending their email and retrieving the token. Is this possible?
Hello Fabian,
Apologies, thanks for the additional explanation. When it comes to the customer panel, you can choose between the login form, or access link. In the User Role settings, when you select the settings for Customer, you have the option called "Require password for login". If this is enabled, then the customer will see the login form, but, if you disable this option, your customers will be able to access the customer panel with a link that is sent to their email account.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
