We do have a service called 5D Laufanalyse. This is only available in one location with to members of staff. I added a ressource to make amelia understand that only if those two members of staff are in that special location a customer can book that special service. But whenever I test it, the tool shows me three locations to choose from. How can I change that please.
We checked this and everything is fine. So resources do not determine what will be available for booking, but how many appointments can be booked for a service/location at the same time. But in employee/work hours you set the locations that will be available for booking, and in the resource how many appointments can be at that location at the same time.
So of your employees work on different locations or on several locations those locations will show on the booking form. If you want to remove some locations you need to do that in employee work hours.
