We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi. I have submitted a ticket about this topic some time ago but I do have more questions about it.
My client runs a Pilate studio - offering Pilates Classes and class packages.
The feature we are looking for:
Calendar view Schedule/Timetable where customer can pick the appointment and book it from there. This functionality is easily achievable with events calendar booking and we could use that, but we are not because I am aware that Events doesn't work with packages.
Doesn't work with packages meaning that regular classes would have to be booked through events calendar , but the classes bought with a package would have to be booked through services/appointments.
If I am thinking about this correctly this would most likely cause double booking as events and services wouldn't be syncing by booked spaces.... And this also would cause customers a lot of confusion to have to book classes in two different ways.
At the moment, I have built a simple timetable in worpdress where there customer clicks on a class at a specific time and it takes that customer to that class page (I've set up individual pages for each class to minimise confusion having to pick the service again on the booking form) where he can book it - but he needs to select date and time again so this should only be a temporary solution...
How can we achieve what we are looking for? In our previous conversation you have mentioned that adding Packages for Events is in your plans for the future. How far away we are looking into?
What are your suggestions please?
Thanks
Hello Andzelika,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
This feature will be implemented in one of the future updates, but there is no ETA at the moment.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
