Customers are having trouble accessing their customer panel.
Although I have deactivated the "require password for login" setting (as per the attached photo), customers when they make the payment receive the link to enter their email and receive the access link to the panel.
but the link continues to take you back to a page that requires email and password, showing an error message (as per the attached photo).
As far as we can see you have turned off Amelia option to automatically create Amelia customer
Please try and enable this option and test as a new customer from the incognito window or some other browser where you are not logged in as an admin and then try to log in to customer panel and let us know how it goes.
The details to log in and change the password arrive in the customer's email inbox but it continues to give the same error (as in the screen sent previously) not allowing access. What I wanted, however, was to completely remove the fact of entering the username and password and reset it to how it was previously, that is, the link arrived on the email you entered and from that you had direct access to the customer panel, but despite the require option password for login is disabled however it continues to ask for username and password
That is strange. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Unfortunately the problem was not resolved.
