We have a set of packages with different expiry dates.
In some extreme circumstances e.g. a customer who buys a package is critically ill and is not able to use the services in the package within the set expiry date we would like to be able to change/extend expiry date for that specific customer and the package he purchased. Or if expiry date change is not available then pausing the package could also work?
I wasn't able to find such an option in the settings. I only found an option to cancel the package.
COUPONS:
We would like to set various coupons and apply specific coupons per customers. E.g. we have a coupon for DISCOUNT20 and we would like this coupon to be sent to some customers only, how could we achieve this?
1. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. There is only option to cancel this package as you mentioned already there is no option to extend this. You can perhaps cancel this package and when a customer is feeling better you can create new package and then book this package only for that customer and then delete it so that other customers can not book this type of package. This is far from ideal we understand but in this specific scenario this is the best that we can think of and offer you related to this use case.
2. This option also is not available at this time and Amelia do not function in that way. You can create general option for coupon so that you send this to each customer that has at least 5 bookings for example. But what you want to achieve is not possible at this time Im afraid. You will need to send this coupon manually from your own mail to these customers.
