Dear Support Team,
I'm an outdoor portrait photographer and I would like to turn my current services into one.
Currently, I have multiple services (identical) for these two reasons:
- having multiple preset windows for each outdoor location
- most importantly when the service is purchased they are being redirected to the corresponding meeting location URL.
for example:
https://www.instawalk.eu/thanks-citypark/
https://www.instawalk.eu/thanks-castle/
https://www.instawalk.eu/thanks-downtown/
I would like to turn these 3 services into 1.
Questions:
Is there any way that I can set it up so I have the following attributes remaining the same as before when I had 3 services?
I believe the only way during the booking process my clients can inform me about their preferred location is in the Custom Fields section, but when they do so, how can I control these:
1. Having split time frames (Castle is morning, Citypark afternoon, Downtown afternoon).
2. After the successful booking, how can I inform my clients about the actual meeting locations? Looking forward to 1. URL redirects to the thank you & location page. 2. Have a meeting location shared in the email.
Looking forward to your expertise.
Thanks!
Hello again,
Some things can be achieved and some can not.
If you set this as one service Redirect URL After Booking can be only one URl so each location will get the same URL.
But you can set the rest easily.
Service work hours days and locations depend on employee work hours. so there you can set that employee is is working on 1 service in 3 different location during the day
For example
07-11 - locations -Castle
11 - 15 - location - Citypark
15 - 17 - locations -Downtown
Create separate time intervals in employee work hours and add locations for that time interval and that should be that.
Then in notifications just add location placeholder and this data will be shown in notifications based on location that customer chooses on the booking form.
This should help.
Kind Regards,
