Hi Amelia Support Team,
my client detected a very critical problem with the appointment booking with Amelia. An employee has been booked multiple times. So a single employee had two appointments at the same time which is a big conflict (see screenshot)!
As I investigated this problem I found out that this happens when all employees (8) are fully booked, you can book a 9th time before the booking is closed. Therefore one employee has two appointments. The booking should close when all 8 employees are booked and not on the 9th time.
I saw that other Amelia users have the same issue since a few months. I hope for a quick solution as my client is very unhappy with this situation.

If you are not on the latest version (7.3), please install it by following this article:
Updating the plugin to the latest version
