Hi, Still the problem, I did step by step, I also uninstall all the other plugging's in case it was causing Conflict with it. So at this point I don't know what to do, it seems like its not working at all.
I have installed Amelia in other websites but this time is not the same. How can we fix that?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Not sure if you got our latest reply. Can you please send us the credentials so that we can take a closer look? Perhaps is something minor that can be resolved in a couple of minutes?
At this point we will process your Refund/since you requested it some time ago and already too much time has passed without your reply.
It is a shame because an issue like this can usually be easily fixed.
You said that you disabled all other Plugins besides Amelia, but did you change your WP Theme to any Default Theme?
-
As you said, if you already installed Amelia on some other Sites, and there is no issue, but just an isolated issue on this specific Site, that means the issue is probably not from Amelia itself, but something else on Site is preventing it from properly working.
-
Also, the issue you described, we are not sure we fully understood, you said it is not letting you 'get into integrations settings to link the Google Calendar'?
If you would give us another chance to help you fix this - could you send us any screenshots or a Video to show us the issue;
Can you see the "Integration settings" from the Amelia settings, and it does not respond when you click into it;
or is it a different issue?
As colleague Marko already asked, we can easily remotely log in and check what seems to be the issue, if that is the case, you can send us Admin access and we will do our best?
So we will do the refund for you - the funds will be with you in the following 5 to 7 business days, but we can still help to at least isolate the issue; then in the end if we solve it, you could potentially buy a new licence.
If you wish, you can change to any other WP Theme and check if that is causing it?
If not, we can remote in - we would just need the Administrator Credentials/ if you send that, make sure it is a Private reply for safety reasons.
I purchase the Standard package, but it doesn't allow me to get into integrations settings to link my Google Calendar
