I am unable to create new customers through your portal. When I create a customer, it logs me out of admin into the new user account, which is annoying. Then I log out of the new account it created, and log back into my admin account - and there is no new customer under that name in Amelia. I see the user there under wordpress, but it has none of the information I entered, no first name, no last name, no date of birth, no phone number, no gender, only the email. And the email/customer/name doesn't show in Amelia, ONLY wordpress, as a blank profile account which can't be used in Amelia.
Yes that's exactly what I mean by portal sorry - the customer page within the Amelia plugin, will not allow me to create customers. It acts the way I said in my previous comment

This is really strange behavior of your user. Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee or employee and customer. etc. Or if this user has the same mail as other user for example admin/manager and employee or employee and customer. etc.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
Hmm, I'm not sure if you understand correctly - this is when I create a customer through your plugin Amelia directly. I am not creating the user through wordpress, I'm creating the user through Amelia by creating a customer, and selecting 'Create New' under the Wordpress User: selection area. It created the user, but not a customer - and the user that was created did not have the first, last name, phone number or gender, only the email. The user it created has only one role, which is Amelia Customer
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
But to be able to test this and see the issue and resolve it we need to create a WP user and try to connect it but you did not grant us the necessary permission so we can not create a new wp user
So can you please grant us permission and in the mean time also please send us a short one minute video if the issue how you managed to replicate it so that we ca follow your steps.
We only use this platform it is not our product you can send us a link from we transfer and we can download it in that way. Please make sure that video is not longer then one or two minutes.
