I created service packages for my employees. Is there a way to create a special link or button that a client can directly purchase a package with a particular employee?
That's a great idea, but, unfortunatelly, currently, there is no such option with Amelia's built-in features. I'm thinking of the popup feature, where you can create a button, include the shortcode with the ID for the particular employee and by clicking on the button, the customer will have the booking form opened.
You can find more infomration regarding the popup on this link.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
I was referring to the popup feature because of the button that the client can click to open a booking form.
When adding a new step-by-step booking form module on the page, you can preselect the parameters, where you can choose the service, employee, package and etc.
By selecting the parameters here, it will automatically add the lines in the shortcode. For example, if the employee is only working on one service, and that service is a part of the package, if you target the ID of that employee, it will only display the services/packages that the employee is assigned to.
You can give it a try and let me know if it works.
No problem. On this link, you can find a demo on how to create a popup. I'm using Elementor, but you can use any builder, of course. It pretty simple process, and i hope you will find it useful.
Not sure about the Thrive Architect (not the most common builder that the users are using), but i guess you can follow the same instructions as per the video. The point is to create a button and then add the popup functionality to this button with the shortcode for Amelia.

How do I do that?

I would like to give it a try but am feeling a bit lost... not sure I know how to make this happen :).
Is it possible to maybe make a video demo?
I can understand if it is too much to ask.
Thank you
