We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Good morning, unfortunately, here I am again with another issue.
I have created an event with the option that registration closes when a minimum number of participants is reached. Excellent option, because we don't want more than 8 or 10 participants per course. And that works fine, until...
A number of participants accidentally registered too many people and asked us to remove them. Because the minimum had been reached with that registration, the registration was already closed. We have now deleted the excess number of participants in the admin, but the event remains closed for registration, even though the removal of a number of participants means there is room to register again. How can we solve that?

Hello Sonja,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I went ahead to test this use case. So, let say that the maximum number of allowed spots is 10, the option to set the registration close when a minimum number of participants is reached will be available. I've set this to 8.
The customer booked a place for an event, but for the 9 customers in total, the registration is closed.
If i go to the attendee list and reduce the number of attendees, the status is changed automatically to open
Please note that the total number of attendees is the customer who is booking plus the number of people who is coming with him.
According to this, it should be working properly. I guess you are using the latest version of Amelia 7.3?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
