I recently upgraded to Pro to be able to offer packages.
tl;dr = Notification/Confirmation emails for booking the 1st appointment in the package are not sent, when booked as part of the package.
I have the problem, that the notification emails I setup for the 1st appointment that's in the package are not sent. If the 1st appointment is booked outside the package with the standalone booking form only for this appointment the emails get sent.
Additional info: I have the newest Amelia and Wordpress Version, I didn't change anything with plugins or elsewhere.
The 1st email would be the confirmation email and the 2nd email is sent with the link to the customer panel, both of which are action triggered as soon as the booking is done. Both don't get sent.
The 3nd email would be a scheduled email which is triggered some time beforehand. I already found out, that the scheduled emails seem to be sent, because a reminder email and a scheduled email after the appointment get through.
So if the customer books the package and sets a date for the 1st appoinment it seems like only a package purchase email is sent, but not the standalone confirmation emails (1st & 2nd emails) for the 1st appoinment. Turning off the package notification results in the customer not getting any emails at all.
What am I missing here? Do I have to use the package email as substitute for the usual standalone confirmation emails?

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, at the moment you need to use the package purchased notification when they book appointments during the purchase of the package,
But you can add this placeholder just add some text in front of the placeholder for example you have an appointment scheduled
And then they will the date of the appointment that they have scheduled like this
January 18th is the date of the first appointment that we have scheduled when we bought the package
In this way, they will see the date of their appointment in notification.
Hope this helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
