Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. We have had users use Avada theme fusion builder and have not reported any issues with it.
2. We currently don't have a subscription feature built-in, but it is planned to be included in our Pro and/or Developer licenses at some point in the future.
The best way to apply all of this to Amelia is with packages with our pro version. Packages in the Amelia are made to give you the option to create a package of multiple appointments just like you want.
