Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

    Hello. I added your plugin into my Wordpress website for a beauty salon.  I am considering the premium version but I have a few questions. 

    1. Is it possible to use a credit card terminal with the plugin, i.e. through Paypal or Square? 

    2.Will it integrate with the plugin and show payments as paid in the plugin after a customer pays using the terminal ? 

    3. Is it possible to create custom intake form for each new client to fill out, while they are at my salon, that would be saved into their profile? I see that there are some custom forms but it only applies to an appointment, not to a customers profile.

    4. Is it possible to add the booking link to Google Reserve, Facebook and Instagram? 

    5. Is it possible for customers to join a wait list? 

    6. Also, is there an option for a customer to reschedule, confirm or cancel an appointment by responding to the follow up sms notification that they receive say 24h prior to their appointment?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, WooCommerce and RazorPay. For example Stripe can only be used with credit cards. We do not have invoice option at this time but this should be implemented in the near future. As for intake form you can add custom fields to our booking form and you can gather any data in that way that you may need. But this data will not be saved in their profile but it will be saved in appointment section for that appointment only. Amelia can only function in WordPress environment so you can share URL of that page where ever you want. As for reminders they are set via cron and your hosting provider must this set up for since they are set on the server.
