Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

So my client, has this form on their product page using woocommerce bookings.

The trouble is, its not fit for purpose.

I hope your solution may be the answer.

The way it works is there is one free adult place for every child booking, and any additional adults need to be paid for.

    So for example,

3 children, 3 adults no extra adults needed

3 children, 2 adults, no extras needed

    3 children, 4 adults, 1 extra adult needed ( 1 adult Chargeable)

the reason this is so important is for fire regs.

Can your plugin help us achieve this, but also allow us to report the correct numbers.

    Hello David,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to disappoint you, but, Amelia doesn't have the conditional custom fields, yet. This is planned for future updates, but, we don't have an ETA at this moment.

The Custom Fields feature gives you the option to add more fields to your booking form so as to customize it to best match your business needs. The customer’s first and last name, email address, and phone number are there by default, but with the Custom Fields feature you can add extra fields if you want to ask a customer a question, collect additional personal details, or for any other reason.
For appointments, these fields will appear on the Booking form under the default fields, and once your customer fills them this information will be shown in the appointment information on the back-end.

Please feel free to vote for this feature on this link, as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov
