Yes, you can, as long as it's not the same timeslot in the same day, since Amelia will recognize that there is already a booked timeslot on that email. This means that the customer can book two different timeslots for the same day with the same email.
There is also an option called ''Check customer's name for existing email when booking''. If this is enabled Amelia will check if there is already an "existing customer" and it will prevent him from using different first and last names when booking.
This can be found in the User Roles settings under Customer
