Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
i want to make a website that allows clients to book IV hydration therapy to be given in patients home. is it possible for patients to enter their address? thank you.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, this is possible to achieve via custom fields. Customers can enter their address and then you can see this data when you click on edit appointment and then your employees will know where they need to go. You can read more about custom fields on this link https://wpamelia.com/custom-fields/.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thank you Marko for your help with this question.
I want to use Amelia for a medical website that will be transferring PHI (Protected Health Information). I need to make sure that Amelia is using technologies and regulations that are prescribed by HIPAA. Does Amelia follow their guidelines?
Hello again,
Unfortunately, we are not HIPPA compliant, we will work on it in the future, but currently, we are not.
We don't store any data from your website, so everything you do with Amelia is saved in your WordPress database. The plugin is GDPR compliant, so if a customer were to delete their account, all details related to it would also be deleted.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
