Hi, we have created new employees and had to give them access to the back end panel of amelia to create new customers as the button is missing from the employee front end panel
Now we dont have the button to create new customer from the back end either with role 'amelia employee'
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Employees can not create customers only managers and admin can create customers.
