1. How the calendar is block? I can't select dates. - Service work hours depend on what you set in employee work hours. So please check if you have added this service in employee work hours or if you have some buffer times that overlap so that none of the days and time slot are available.
The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.
When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:
My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.
You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

I had already done all the steps you mentioned, I attached a screenshot to help better visualize the problem. I was even changing work hours to see if that was the problem.
We can not see all the data on the screenshots such as buffer time, etc. Perhaps it would be better and faster if we took a look inside your setting on the site.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The issue here is that you have set 16 hours buffer time
We have now turned this off you just need to purge the cache. Buffer time counts in service length and in this case your service last 9 hours but buffer time it is 25 hours and for that reason, nothing is available on the calendar.
You have in service settings the minimum time required before booking option. Perhaps this option can help you achieve what you need.

We have now turned this off you just need to purge the cache. Buffer time counts in service length and in this case your service last 9 hours but buffer time it is 25 hours and for that reason, nothing is available on the calendar.
You have in service settings the minimum time required before booking option. Perhaps this option can help you achieve what you need.
