    Hello Amelia Team,

I trust this email finds you well. My name is Chandrima, and I am an existing user of Amelia. These are the products listed on my website, https://banyalim.com/shop/. I have a couple of queries regarding further integration and synchronization:

    1. Integration of Amelia with Existing Products: I would like to extend the use of Amelia for the products already available on my website. Could you please guide me on the process or any specific steps I need to take to implement Amelia for these products?
    2. Google Calendar Sync with WooCommerce:
Currently, my Google Calendar is actively used for bookings. To avoid any scheduling conflicts, I am interested in syncing my Google Calendar with the WooCommerce booking system powered by Amelia. How can I set up this synchronization to ensure seamless booking management and prevent double bookings?

Your assistance in providing guidance on these matters is highly appreciated. I look forward to enhancing my experience with Amelia for a more streamlined and efficient booking process.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Hello Chandrima,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience.

    1. It is possible to set different WooCommerce products for different services and events. By default, all services/events are connected to one WooCommerce product, but if you create multiple products you will be able to choose a product that will be connected to each service/event.

Once you enable WooCommerce as a payment method, go to the Services page, open one of the services and you will see a Settings tab. When you choose this tab you will see the option “Select WooCommerce product” where you can choose a product that will be connected to this service. The same applies to Events. This way, you will be able to set different taxes and other WooCommerce options for each product and each service/event in Amelia.

After setting the product, you can set the Tax and/or invoice option, or if you don’t need either of these options, you can start using the WooCommerce payment methods.

Most WooCommerce payment methods should work with Amelia without issues, but we cannot guarantee that all of them will. If you're having issues with the payment method that you're using, please feel free to reach out to our support and we'll do our best to help.

    2. Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
