Hello TMS Plugins support

A customer had a suggestion/comment/question

Event follow-up expand (More than 24 hours)
It would be nice if the follow-up notification could be sent more than 24 hours later. An extension to, for example, 48,72,96 hours, etc.

Notifications > Email notifications > Event follow-up

I would like to hear what the possibilities are

You can create new notifications for this and choose when it will be sent like this
