I want to receive one email if a booking, cancellation, or reschedule happens also from my employees but not reminder emails and not a second email from the customer when he books, cancels, or reschedules an app.
If I put my email in "Send all notifications to the additional addresses:" Then I get EVERY Email which is a complete overload. I get two emails for the customer and the employee. It would be nice to choose which emails I want to get extra and not all of them.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This is the only option that we have at the moment and if you add the additional address there then you will receive all notifications that are being sent. You can not choose which ones you will receive or not. This is not possible to set up I'm afraid at the moment.
