is it possible to start the booking process right away with selecting the appointments? In my scenario my customers start the booking from a product page with all necessary information about the service and the package.
It is possible to show calendar straight away, but only in this scenario
When you offer only one service with one employee (or if you hide the employee choice) on one location.
Then there is no choice to be made and customers can see and choose a day straight away. If you offer only more option then first customer must choose a service and employee and a location before they can choose day and time slot.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
My scenario is indeed as you described - however I couldn't figure out yet how to skip the overview page. Please see attached screencast: The first page of the booking form here is not needed, so should be deactived. But there is no toggle for that in the settings.
You are using packages and with 2 employees as far as we can see. So for packages, this is not possible to achieve to show calendar straight away. THis is possible only for services as we described in our previous reply.
For packages, this is best that you achieve in regard of shortening the booking process
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
thanks for your reply. I didn't have in mind that there were two employees assigned to, sorry for overlooking this.
Anyway, what you want to say is that you can never omit this first page for a package, even if there is only one service included, right? So, this would word only for a bare service.
Yes that is correct I'm afraid, this can be set only when services are included but when you show only packages in that case it can not show the calendar on the first step.

Hi Marko,
thanks for taking care of my question.
My scenario is indeed as you described - however I couldn't figure out yet how to skip the overview page. Please see attached screencast: The first page of the booking form here is not needed, so should be deactived. But there is no toggle for that in the settings.
Looking forward to your advice.
