Hello i’m a problem with Amelia plugin in my web site.
The person when buy the package of 10 or 20 lesson fitness don’t look che package in your account and than it’s impossible look the Calendar. I’m buy and rinnovate this plugin amelia’s in 18 november 2023.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve or what the issue exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
I installed the plug in and I don't have any kind of problem. I've been working with it for two years. Now I have a problem with a client's account. She no longer sees the Amelia 20 fitness lessons package and therefore no longer sees the calendar to book.
Sorry for the late reply we were away couple days due to national holidays.
We looked at your video but due to the language barrier, we did not quite get what the issue is. If the issue as we guess that your customer can not see the package in their customer profile we suggest that you widen your search in regards of time range. Same goes if this is for employee panel. If this does not help please send us following
1. Name of customer/employee that has an issue
2. Their credentials so that we can log in to customer/employee panel
3. Date and name of the package in question
4. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
