Hi,
I want people to be able to buy packages and book for their own account.
For some reason, I am not able to login to the customer portal I set up, and no email is auto generated.
Can you please explain where the customer login is located on my Wordpress, and how I can let people sign into their own accounts? When I do a reset password link, it just leads back to the same page

It work like this. You need to add a customer panel placeholder to your appointment-approved notifications like this for example
And when they book for the first time and when they click on the link they will be redirected automatically to set the password and the user name will always be the mail that they used during the purchase.
You need to do this also for customer panel access as well copy and add this %customer_panel_url% there and when they forgot password they will be able to reset it.
This should help.

Thank you, but I already tried doing that, when I get the email with the login link, it links back to the same exact page I just came from.
Try making an account and you'll see what I am talking about. There is no email that generates to even allow an account to be made. Even when I disable the need for the password in the settings, it does not work properly.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

When you say you are not able to replicate the issue, what does that mean? Is it working for you? Or does it not work?
Try even making a fake account in the Wordpress, and logging into the portal. There is no option to log in to any account created no matter what

I think my issue might be related to this.
Recently my customers have not been able to reset their password or event access the profile I set up for them when I added them as a customer with a new package.
They keep requesting to reset password but it just sends them back to the login page.
