We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, I tried to reconnect to my SMS notifications and I am trying with my email and password. Once I click on the button, I cannot connect to my SMS profile. I have version 7.2. I don't know what's happening, but it's quite annoying. I also try to reactivate with 'forgot password', but nothing happens.I still left money in this account. I will see, but it is difficult for me to continue under such conditions. I will need to find an alternative solution to Amelia.
This also happened for all sites i look after running Amelia on 31st December - it is not possible to sign into Amelia SMS

Looks like we have no choice but to do the exact same.

Our developers found there was an SSL issue with our SMS Server and now they have fixed it.
Can you please try again, everything should be working now, you should be able to log in your Amelia SMS Account and the messages should then start working again?
