Is there a way to make the invoice date the same as the appointment date in Amelia through Woocommerce?
When the appointment is made in Amelia I would like the invoice date in Woocommerce to be the same.
When a customer books the invoice date is when they made the appointment.
That is confusing in Woocommerce because the appointment date doesn't correspond with the invoice date, I hope it makes sense what I'm trying to do here.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
As you can see on the screen shot the appointment is for Jan 20 Meta data from Amelia but the Invoice says Jan 7.
Is there a way to make the invoice date the same as the invoice date, so Woocommerce knows that the appointments is at the 20th and that the date on the invoice corresponds with the appointment date.
Sorry for the late reply we were away for a few days due to national holidays.
We are not sure that this is possible we will need to check this just in case to confirm and we will reach out to you as soon as we have more information.
We have checked this and unfortunately, this can not be achieved. It currently shows the invoicing date and it cannot be changed, that's how the plugin works.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
