Hi, one of our existing employee's outlook is not syncing with Amelia. When I log into wordpress and view her employee profile there is no option to log in or out of outlook at all... not sure how to get this back? Everyone else is fine just Angela Tondelstrand not syncing... - can someone please help?

I am having the same problem. As per page 2 on the attached, I have updated the integration settings for the Outlook calendar per the Amelia documentation. When I try to link employees to their outlook calendar, that field is missing. When I populate integration settings for google calendar settings, the google calendar field appears in the employee record. Outlook integration has worked in the part up to the end of November 2023.
