It happened again to us. This is critical to business (we are potentially loosing customers because of this).
I will rediscribe the problems: 1) It should not happen that a date-time combination is available for customer to choose and then, when he tries to book, it fails (see attached picture - this is our recreation of the issue based on an angry customer call! This means that this slot was not taken by somebody else in the meantime, so this is an obvious bug of the system!)
2) When the form is in Czech, the error message should be Czech as well (but that is not as critical as point 1) - as generally, the error should not usually occur)
1. This is s specific issue and those time slots should not show. Can you please check if you have set in settings - integrations if you have set Maximum Number Of Events Returned for Google to 2500 or Outlook 999 depending on what you use
2. Please note that we do not have translators in our company, so all translated languages Amelia has have been translated by our customers. If you find any inconsistencies with the translation, please feel free to correct them using POEdit, or Loco Translate, open a ticket and send us the corrected translation, so we can add it to the plugin.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.
The issue with showing the timeslot that is not possible to book in the end is more paintful to us right now, so let's focus at that at first and we will look at the translation afterwards.
I checked and Maximum Number Of Events Returned for our Google Calendar Integration is indeed set to 2500 in our WordPress Amelia settings - can you please investigate why the timeslot is sometimes showing, when in the end booking is not possible? This happens only from time to time and so far, I have no idea how to directly reproduce it... But I think the Amelia code is wrong, if it sometimes proposes timeslots, that are impossible to book.
As I mentioned, this is critical, because I am afraid we might be loosing customers because of that...
Unfortunately, we were not able to replicate this issue on our end on any device or any environment. We would need to test this on your end.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
sorry for late reply - for some reason, I missed your reply....
The problem you have with log-in is likely not with credentials, but with some VPN/security setting on your side... When such issues occur, you do not see normal log-in page - to successfully log-in, you have to see following log-in page:
(I know that because the same issue you have happened to me in past when I was using corporate PC):
I have updated our Amelia - as this seems to only happen from time to time, it is very hard to tell whether the bug was fixed... But in the latest changelog, I have seem claims of couple of fixes, such as:
Fixed issue with employee availability info and timezones
Fixed issue with double appointments when booked at the same time in the customer panel
So maybe, it could have been fixed - hard to tell for sure, though..
What I propose is to close this ticket and I will reopen in case the bug occurs again.
Please fix the bug that I already reported in https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3524641/

Hello Tomáš,
As Marko is out of the office, I will fill in for him.
Can you please update the plugin to the latest version (7.4), test it out, and let me know if it works or not?
Looking forward to your reply.
