In general section, third option ( in your documentation section, this choice is missing ) is to include time for preparation for calendar booking ?
If I am right, if the service is 60 mins and preparation time is 30 mins, it will create a 90 mins slot ( instead of 60 mins and 30 mins unavailable slot ). If this is correct, It is exactly what I would need and what would be very helpful for two way google calendar sync.
Unfortunatelly, it seems that the option is not affecting the Amelia calendar at all - is it a bug ?
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
here is the example of my calendar. I have put 90 mins lot there, you can see the keep out of another 90 mins which is dedicated for preparation after:
If I understand this option in settings it should create in calendar 3 hours slot ( 90 mins service, 90 mins of preparation/buffer after )but it does nothing. What is the function ? It could be useful for two way sync.
When this option is enabled time slots will be shown with included service buffer time and if you want them to show in the calendar you need to enable this option Include Buffer time in Google events in settings - integrations like this
Sorry for the late reply, we were away for a few days due to national holidays. Perhaps we misunderstood you and we apologize for that. In addition to the Google calendar, you mean the backend calendar and the front-end booking form.
When you set for example 30 minutes after and when you enable this option
On the booking form you should see 30 minutes of buffer time
On the screenshot below you can see that our service last 60 minutes form 06 to 07 and 09 to 10
And the next available time slots for bookings are from 07.30 and 10.30

Hello,
I will check this when I will be setting up the two-way sync.
Seems this should solve the problem, but it is not affecting amelia calendar, but only google calendar. So I can't see it now.
Will go back to this ticket when I will be implementing the calendar syncing.
Thank you
