Under the general settings, the service duration time slot option is deactivated and time slot steps are set at 10min and saved but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
When making a new appointment, the time slots are set apart the duration of the service. If the service is 1h, then the steps are 1h apart and not 10min as set under the general settings. Screenshots attached.

You have enabled allow admin to book at any time so please check the setting in role settings like this
