As per page 2 on the attached, I have updated the integration settings for the Outlook calendar per the Amelia documentation. When I try to link employees to their outlook calendar, that field is missing. When I populate integration settings for google calendar settings, the google calendar field appears in the employee record. Outlook integration has worked in the part up to the end of November 2023.
To resolve this issue, you could access the database, find the wp_amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar table, and delete all the rows. After doing that, check the employees and see if the Sign-in button is present.
Here is a more detailed instruction with screenshots, how the table should look, this example is from our PhPMyAdmin :
This is a very rare glitch that happened only a couple of times before. Our developers are working on permanently fixing it.
Basically, what we do when an employee was connected, then loses the button for Calendar on their profile;
In the WordPress database, there is one of the Amelia tables,
if you are familiar with any database manager tool such as PhPMyAdmin, you can find it, ( or you can use an easy plugin called WP phpMyAdmin) , and delete all the rows from this table : wp_amelia_providers_to_outlook_calendar
( the wp_prefix is default Wordpress prefix, your tables probably have a different prefix, but you can easily recognize it, all tables have the same one)
And then on the right side, if you see any rows here - this is for employees that were previously connected;
simply delete the rows of the table, save the change;
And the issue should completely go away.
-
Now, once you delete this, you will have to reconnect all employees who have previously lost their connection- but once you do it, the issue should not come back.
Let me know if that makes sense.
And please tell me when you test everything out if you still experience this issue.
You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you. Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
