Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

I have a problem with Elementor and Amelia, after amelia update, both of them are incompatible on my website, when I enable both plugins I get a critical error screen if i try to enter to my website, and when I disable one of them, they all work fine but I need both enabled, and just 2 days ago I installed the free version to see how it works, which I loved and I plan to buy the initial version but I don't know how to solve the incompatibility problem. :(

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We do not have a conflict with Elementor with Full version so there should be none with lite also. Perhaps something else is causing this on your end.

Would you be able to provide us with a Staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user,

     FTP credentials

and the database access ( Either link with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or Hosting Panel),

so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?

If you're not able to provide us with a staging site, can you clone your website?

If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.

Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

    Kind Regards,
