We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Amelia offers the option of allowing multiple participants to register at the same time. We think this is a great option because we offer business workshops and a company can register with us for several employees at the same time. What we do not understand is how the registration works, because we do of course need the participants' information such as names, email addresses and telephone numbers. Where can the company that registers its employees for our training store this information?

    Hello Sonja,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, that's correct. Amelia does allow multiple participants to register at the same time, but you would need to enable some option. In the Service settings, you would need to set the maximum number of people to 2 or more and also in the appointment section, you need to enable the option called "Allow booking below minimum capacity"

With these two options enabled, the customers can book the same timeslots until the maximum capacity is reached. When booking, each customer will have the option to enter his information.

If you are perhaps asking about the group booking (when a customer is bringing more people with him), unfortunatelly, currently, only the customer who is booking the appointment needs to enter the customer information, while the option for the other people to enter the information is not available. The workaround would be to configure some custom fields for the additional infomration.

Please, let me know if this is what you are looking for or if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan Petrov

Those fields are enabled if you look at my website and you will see that too. thttps://hewritestuff/kalender

Ok, so if I understand correctly: When registering you can choose to book 2+ events (as many as I enter as max.), with us these are workshops, but you cannot enter the data anywhere of people unless I create a field where this data can be entered.
That is really a shame and not nice. It would be nice if you choose to register 5 people, 4 extra fields would automatically become available. If I now work with a self-made field, the data of the other students will not be included in the booking system. So that workaround is not really workable, unless you have an even better idea to have students register with an employer at the same time and that all data of the other students also enter the booking system? Otherwise, booking people at the same time for an event actually has no value and Amelia might as well turn that off

    Hello Sonja,

These options are more towards the appointments. When these options are enabled, the customers can book the same timeslot for the same time/date, while for events, there is also an option to configure the maximum allowed spots. But, the same thing regarding the additional customer information applies to the events, as well. To get the additional information about the other customers, you would need to configure the custom fields, since when the customer is about to book a place for an event/appointment, this is what he sees by default
