Is it possible to add the birthday as a custom field to the booking process?
Now we need to manually add the customers birthday into their profile on the backend. It would be a huge help to save time and let the customer add their birthday to the booking process as a custom, mandatory field.
You can add the birthday custom field on the Amelia/Custom fields page, but the birthday that they enter will be connected to the appointment rather than the customer.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
If the birthday is connected to the appointment and not the customer, the birthday mail will not be send automatic, correct? We still need to manually enter this birthday to the customer file?
