A customer has just asked me for a feature that I don't know how to configure in Amelia, please help me if possible.
We have a bus with 20 seats that will be shared by two hotels, 10 seats each per schedule. What they have asked me is that X hours before each shedule, the seats that a hotel has not booked, can be booked by the other hotel, so that perhaps the hotel 1 can have 8 seats occupied, and the hotel 2 have 12.
In short, that a hotel may occupy more than 10 seats but only when there are X hours left before the reservation time.
Does Amelia offer the possibility to setup something like this? Or something else similar?
Thanks in advance for your help ;)
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You can only create a service with exact capacity. The capacity of the service can not vary based on conditional logic. So what you want to achieve is not possible I'm afraid.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
