Hey there, i have tried adding the widget of Amelia and trying it to see what it looks like on the front end of the website but it doesn't seem to be appearing even in the preview mode.
Thanks for reaching out to us. The preview won't appear in the backend. You need to add the shortcode module first and then copy/paste the shortcode for the appropriate booking form, for example - [ameliastepbooking]
Then, you need to either click to preview the page or save the page and then open it.
You can also follow the quick start guide on this link.
Hey there thank you for the reply i followed the instructions on the video but it seems to not work will i drag the widget only booking view widget one works not anything else please help
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the link. It seems like the Page Optimize plugin is causing a conflict with Amelia. I've disabled it temporarily and the booking form does work now.
Can you try on your page (i've made a test page) and let me know if it works?
In the Plugin section, where all plugins are located, you will find the plugin named "Page Optimizer". It's already disabled, for testing purposes, so the booking form is working now.
Regarding the color change, you can change this for each event, by going to Event Settings and then Customize
By default, it's set to blue, buy you can change the color according to your liking.
My apologies, on the first look at thought that the Events are on the screenshot. For the catalog booking form, some colors can be changed in the Customize section / Catalog Booking Form / Colors
but, the color that you set for the category in Services settings, will be displayed on the Catalog Booking form
