I am wondering if there is any way to assign my custom fields and notifications so that to all events of a certain tag always have these assigned. I think the answer is no. But it would be nice.
Currently, when an event is duplicated for another month, I have to remember to assign my custom notifications (4 of them) and my custom fields (6 of them). It is a lot to remember (and some times I do not remember until the first booking, very disappointing).
I know that one work around would be to make my event recurring but when my scheduled recurrences run out I will again have to reassign (that is remember to reassign, which I am not to good at).
I know that events are handled a little differently in the program than are appointments. We do have event tags. Perhaps we could have the tag for all events of a particular variety assigned to customizations for those events (perhaps this is already in the works?).
So, this is less of a question than a request for a feature I guess.

What it is possible now is that only when you set custom fields for example for all events like this
As soon as you create new event those custom fields will be added automatically. But this is only possible at the moment only for all events not for some that have a tag. As for notifications this can not be added automatically so Im afraid that you need to add them manually. I will also send this suggestion to our developers to our internal board but not sure if this is possible to achieve to be honest.
