If you did already and the plugins do not auto update then you need to reach out to your hosting provider so that they can check on their end why the plugins are not updated automatically. In that case most likely some permission are not enabled on their end and they need to set this up for you.
Why am I unable to automaticity update this plug in? Is there a way to change that?
