Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We have found the error on your site and it is related to SQL
So for this, you need to reach out to your hosting provider so that they can resolve this since we can not influence this on our end. Once they sort this our all should be fine.
I am sorry to disappoint you but they did not resolve this issue since we can still see it when we inspect the page
So they should be able to see this also. As long as this keeps appearing there is an issue on their side that they must resolve. You can see that this is the issue with SQL and this issue is on their side only.
In the meantime, you need to address another issue that we have found. You have admin and employee under the same mail
You must not do that since this creates a conflict of roles. So you need to either delete the admin or employee and then to create a new user with a new separate mail. Amelia will not function properly due to conflict of roles because they have different permissions.
Once your hosting resolves this issue please let us know if custom fields are working again.
i can't add custom field , the plugin doesn't load, i already update amelia and still doesnt work, how can i fix that??? i need help

This occurs when this plugin is active there is a conflict between these two plugins.
If you do can you please try and turn this plugin off purge the cache and see if this issue is resolved?
