    Hello👋,

I'm reaching out with a couple of questions to improve our scheduling and location settings:

    1. Setting Specific Service Time Slots🕒:

Currently, our service displays various 3-hour time slots throughout the day (e.g., 12 am-3 am, 1 am-4 am, etc.). However, I want to limit these to three specific time periods: 8 am-11 am, 1 pm-4 pm, and 6 pm-9 pm. How can I configure the system to only show these selected time slots?

    2. Configuring Service Locations for Different Weeks📍:
I would like to assign different locations for our services each week (e.g., 1-7 January at location A, 8-14 January at location B, etc.). What is the process for setting this up so that clients can see and/or select the service location when they are booking?

Could you assist me in making these adjustments, please? 🙏

    Hello Łukasz,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

This depends on the employee work hours configuration. For example, you could set the working schedule for each day on the week, by setting the working hours in the employee settings.

    Here is an example -

Regarding the location, the working schedule configured will occur weekly for each employee, but you can use the Special Days option to configure the working hours for a specific day.

You can also assign the location / service for the particular special day

You can find more information regarding the special days on this link.

    I hope it helps.

    Hello Stefan,

Thank you 🙏 for your guidance on setting up the working schedule through the employee settings. I'm happy to report that with your advice, I've successfully configured the specific service time slots (8 am-11 am, 1 pm-4 pm, and 6 pm-9 pm) as well as different locations for each week using special days. I appreciate your support! 👍

However, I've encountered a new challenge related to displaying the module 🖥️. While everything is configured correctly and I can see the module when logged into WordPress, it does not appear when I view the site in incognito mode or as a general visitor. This visibility issue is quite perplexing, and I'm not sure what might be causing the module to be invisible under these conditions. I am using Divi Builder.

Could you please advise on what steps I might take to resolve this display issue? Any further assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you once again for your help so far!

    Best regards,
    Łukasz

    Hello Łukasz,

Thank you for the update on this and for your patience.

The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.

The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page, and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
