Service work hours are tied to employee work hours. So if no time slots are available that means that your employee is not available. So please check your employee work hours and check your buffet times. Perhaps buffer times over lap so no time slots can be chosen. If you have some buffer times set please turn them off and check your employee work hours and see if this resolves the issue.
