We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi,

    I have the following scenario.

    • Two locations - an office and on-line.
    • One employee services both.
    • Each location has different service hours and different services.

    At the moment my solution is two different e-mails and two different employees (being the same person in fact) one for each location.

    It works but it causes a problem regarding the employee panel. This person must log in to two different accounts to check his appointments.

    Having one employee panel with all his appointments would be easier for him.

    Is it possible to get it?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, and no. You can have this all in one employee panel but for example if your employee is working at the same time on 

    Service A on location A

    and

    Service B on location B

    I'm afraid that customer can book 

    Service A on location B

    and

    Service B on location A

    It is possible only to have one employee and to have services and locations separate only if you set that your employee is working on services and locations at different times.

    For example Service A on location A from 10 to 12 and Service B on location B from 12 to 14.

    But if he is working on both services and locations at the same time then you need to use 2 employee like you are using them now.
