We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hello
how can i make better responsive?
kr
david
Hi David,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
When i visit your page from a mobile device, it seems OK to me.
I can see you got 2 columns showing and others collapsed, like this
And if i click in the expander icon, it expands the row to show more columns on that record.
Could you elaborate a bit more about what is your desired goal and we can advise?
I will also share a basic example with you, i hope that might help.
For mobile screens, a typical layout with our built-in responsive setup can be, for example, like on this screenshot, two columns showing fully, ( you can choose one or more to be "visible") and the rest of the columns, "hidden",
then there is an " + " button, to open a certain row, and show all the details, of course.
For example, if i got this table
And if i only select columns Client and City, to show on mobile screen, go to Column List:
The little mobile image is used to display on mobile screens, and the one to the left of it is for tablets;
This is the result:
Please check out this Documentation section with a step-by-step example of how to achieve this, and let me know what you think.

So, i will advise to check if you selected the two columns that you need to be both visible on mobile;
see them on column list; and set them visible on mobile, while keeping the other column grayed out.
Let me know if that achieves your goal, or if you need something else please show us more details.
You could add screenshots or a video.
Just if it shows any confidential data, please mark the reply as Private for safety.
Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
