Unfortunately, currently, the option to add "Codice Fiscale" is not available within Amelia's features.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

Regarding the phone number mandatory, you need to enable this option in General settings and also in the Booking Form options. So, Customize / Step By Step Booking Form 2.0 / Customer Information / Options

Apologies, i wrongly understood the request. This can be done with the custom fields options, you can create a custom field and then make it mandatory.
