A customer bought a package on my Website. This package should be expired within 2 month. However, I got special promotion that this package can be extended until 3 month. (will add extra 1 month).
So, I want to extend manually the corresponding purchased package for my customer. However, I cannot find how to do it. May I got some help here?
Unfortunatelly, currently, this is not possible. From the moment when a customer buys a package, you can't edit the settings or duration for it. You could make changes, but they will only apply to the new packages, and the customers would need to purchase a new one.
