    Hello,

    I have an issue where employees wish to book services and events through their accounts for personal use. 

    While it seems an employee can book an event/service their information does not work to login to the customer portal so they cannot see what they have booked aside from referring back to emails. They can only access the employee portal which shows no personal events/services.

    Is there any way to make this work?

    Hello again,

    Employees can not be customers also. 

    They can but they need to have separate mail and separate users as customers so that they are able to log in to the customer panel. Also, they need to log out from their employee account to log in as customer or better yet they need to book the appointments and access the customer panel from the incognito mode. This is important because otherwise they can create a conflict of roles and they will be employee and a customer and Amelia in that case won't function properly.
