Are there any plans to either implement a messaging system or integrate with existing messaging systems?
My services are conducted via Google Meet and I would like my staff to be able to send a message directly to the user after the appointment. It would be great if there were simply a button on the Employee Panel that said "Send Message" and it allowed a direct message to be sent to the customer.
At the moment I am trying to build a workaround using a 3rd plugin but it is not ideal. It would be so much better if this was built into Amelia.

Does the integration with BuddyBoss achieve what I'm trying to do? I can't find any information in the Amelia documentation about this.
When using Amelia and BuddyBoss, when a customer books a service, how does an employee find that customer's BuddyBoss profile in order to send them a message? If there are two customers with the same name is it just a guessing game?
Whether or not you can send messages through buddyboss, we can't know, you have to check with their support team. As for the integration itself, you can check more at this link https://wpamelia.com/buddyboss-integration/. Regarding questions related to customers, of course, you don't need to guess every customer has a different email and for example, based on that you can see which customer it is.
