When a customer buts a new package, after the First one is full, and they start booking New appointments. The appointments get still booked in the old package. See picture. Is this a setting or a bug?
Thanks for reaching out to us. This has been reported previously as an issue, but it is fixed in versions we released recently. Are you using the latest version of Amelia 7.2?
Since this has been already reported and fixed in a recent version of Amelia, would you mind providing the exact steps so we can try to reproduce it? In our local and testing environment, we are not able to reproduce this use case.
We didn't took any steps. It's just a new booking from a real customer. I've updated to version 7.3 today. Hope that will fix the problem in the future.
Thanks for the feedback. Certainly, that's weird, since we fixed this issue with the recent version. It should be working properly since Amelia 7.3 also contains the fix, of course.
